Virtua now offers community members a free magnet sleeve and paper card. Write your medication on the card and keep it on your refrigerator in the magnet sleeve. In case of an emergency, you can grab the list and take it with you to the emergency department.

2. Online record
Click the "log in" button above for a confidential place online to store and update your medication list. As the information changes, simply hit print for an up-to-date list. This typewritten list can also be stored in the magnet sleeve.
Save time: Once you have a central list of medications, you can also save time by bringing a copy to your doctor's visits. Please note that this feature is for your convenience.
